Hi S V V NAGA SAI SANTHOSH VANKAMAMIDI,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Forum, thank you for posting your query here!

    Free trial isn't available

If the subscription isn’t appearing in the Azure portal even after payment was debited, here are some steps to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Verify Your Account and Directory: Ensure you’re logged into the correct Microsoft account associated with your new Azure subscription. Once logged in, click on the profile icon in the upper-right corner, then select "Switch Directory" to check if the subscription is linked to a different directory

After clicking "Switch Directory," select the appropriate directory from the list. If you have multiple directories, try switching between them to see if your subscription appears.

Here are other possibilities as well that would prevent you from creating a subscription: To resolve this issue, double-check whether the following items are true:

    • The information that you provided for your Azure account profile (including contact email address, street address, and telephone number) is correct.
    • The credit card information is correct.
    • You don't already have a Microsoft account that uses the same information.
    • If you have used an Azure subscription in the past? The Azure Terms of Use agreement limits free trial activation only for a user that's new to Azure. If you have had any other type of Azure subscription, you can't activate a free trial.

if you're unable to access the Azure portal after doing this, you can also reach Microsoft Support via their general support page refer the link Contact Us - Microsoft Support

Please let us know if you have any further queries. I’m happy to assist you further.
