Sign in to the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub, navigate to the Benefits tab, and select Redeem under the Azure sponsorship benefits section. This step often ensures your credits are correctly linked to your account. You should be able to access the Azure portal with that same registered account and see your teams Azure resources. If you need assistance with your redemption history, note that there isn’t a direct way to reset it yourself. However, the support team can help with any issues related to your account and credits.
If the issue persists, try unlinking and relinking your accounts. To do this, contact Microsoft support directly and explain your situation by visiting Founders Hub Support. On this page, click Support to submit a support ticket.
