my fingerprint and facelock is not working IN WINDOWS 10

my fingerprint and facelock is not working i tried everything ,deleting the drivers, updating pc, downloading drivers from offitial website but nothing worked it still shows "does not find compatible to fingerprint and face" and also i doesnot see any biometric option in device manager i watched many videos on youtube to bring it back but nothing worked please help someone

Thanks for your post. Before moving on, to narrow down the issue, please check if you have tried to update and fixed driver issues on your PC in just three steps:

• Download and install Fingerprint Driver.
• Scan your PC to find outdated or missing drivers.
• Click on Update Now to quickly install the latest and original drivers.
