Hello!
I recently got a new phone and while I can open my Microsoft Authenticator App, I do not get any notifications for when I try to sign in with my student Email. I try to login on the phone with my student email, but I don’t receive any notifications in the authenticator app. Someone said that I need to contact the IT-Team to help me solve this problem, but I cannot find any email or contact info whatsoever.
Can somebody help me?
