Dear Support Team,

I am reaching out regarding my scheduled AZ-104 exam. I originally had my exam booked for last Friday, but due to unforeseen personal circumstances, I attempted to reschedule it to this coming Wednesday at your Diemen testing location. However, I am now unable to see the exam listed in my account and did not receive a confirmation email for the rescheduled date.

Here are the details of my original booking:

  • Exam Name: AZ-104 – Microsoft Azure Administrator
  • Original Exam Date: Last Friday
  • Newly Requested Date: Wednesday 13 November at 14:00
  • Testing Location: Diemen

Could you please confirm whether the rescheduling was successful, and if my exam is indeed set for Wednesday? If there was an issue with the rescheduling, I would greatly appreciate any assistance in booking it for Wednesday, as this timing is important due to my current personal circumstances.
