Faulty Conditional Access Policy has locked everyone out of tenant

Is anyone able to help on a case that is critically affecting our business? We have opened a case last week with Microsoft in regards to a faulty conditional access policy. We believe it sits with Data Protection team but we have not heard from anyone. There are 16 admins locked out of the company tenant. Billing invoicing both incoming and outgoing have been completely halted. The owners are not able to access any of their accounts. Can someone please help get this resolved as fast as possible? We have heard nothing back from support. Case #2411080040013455

    Hello @Edward Galante,

    I have engaged the Data Protection team internally regarding ticket 2411080040013455, and I see that they have excluded one of the users from the Conditional Access policy to resolve the issue with your tenant on Nov 12, as mentioned in ticket 2411120040002064.

    According to the internal confirmation, it appears you are now able to log in to your Azure Portal without any issues. Please let me know if you require any additional information or further assistance.
