Most emails I sent are getting this failure delivery message.

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.

I checked this thread but no answer there from Microsoft

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/747093/your-message-wasnt-delivered-because-the-recipient

The only solution mentioned is updating the SPF record which was updated long ago.

Kindly check and let me know if there is any real solution or I better move my email somewhere else.

    Hi @Dinesh Nim

    Thanks for your response.

Based on my research: This is because the recipient tagged your IP address as potential threat or you maybe sending from low reputation IP Address. This is an Office365 (recipient) policy.

There are 2 resolutions for this:

    1. You can remove yourself from the blocked sender list: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/defender-office-365/external-senders-use-the-delist-portal-to-unblock-yourself
    2. Or you can ask the recipient to whitelist your IP address from their side. You can also ask them to create an Office365 support ticket to "Release the tenant from not accepting IP Traffic"

    Hope it helps!
