Can't use MAA, so blocks me from logging on

Sorry I have to use my personal Hotmail account to post this message.
I need to log on to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center to update some information but when I go to log on I get blocked. I have no way to use the MAA, so I can't sign in to even see who the admin contact them or anything like that. It's a catch22 because the admin account should be the one here that's getting blocked
