For the past three months, I have been attempting to cancel my subscription. Each month, I continue to receive billing, and each month, I log in and follow the instructions to terminate the subscription. I have reached the final step, but the subscription refuses to cancel. It prompts me to delete all resources. I have thoroughly searched for any remaining resources, but there are none. Despite this, the subscription continues to refuse deletion.

This is the message i get when i try to cancell

Your subscription wasn't canceled

Cancellation failed due to presence of non-cancellable resources. Delete the resources before cancelling the subscription.

For this, I will recommend creating a billing ticket so they will take a look.

Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.

You can create a ticket here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you

Upon clicking the link you provided, I engaged in a live chat conversation. However, the assistance I received was limited to a redirect to an unhelpful page. This frustrating experience has left me feeling disoriented and disheartened.

Despite my efforts, I was unable to obtain a telephone number for direct contact with Microsoft. Unfortunately, this attempt resulted in no response, as the system appears to be automated and devoid of human interaction.
