I am writing regarding my Microsoft 365 Developer Program account and subscription in accordance with the Program's Terms and Conditions.

I recently lost access to my administrator account due to a lost smartphone containing my two-factor authentication app. I'd like to outline the steps I've taken to resolve this situation and request your assistance.

Timeline of Actions Taken:

Lost my smartphone with 2FA authentication app

Maintained access to my base account

After being unable to restore admin access, requested the removal of my subscription

Waited the required two-month period for complete subscription termination

Deleted my Microsoft 365 Developer Program profile

After a two-day waiting period, created a new profile in compliance with program requirements

Current Situation: Despite following these procedures and complying with the Microsoft Services Agreement, I'm unable to proceed because the subscription remains linked to my account. This prevents me from setting up a new Microsoft 365 Developer Program environment.

As an active contributor to open-source projects, I deeply value the Microsoft 365 Developer Program. It has been instrumental in helping me create innovative solutions and contribute meaningfully to Microsoft's ecosystem. I'm committed to continuing this work while fully adhering to Microsoft's licensing terms and intellectual property rights.

Request: In accordance with Section 3 of the Microsoft 365 Developer Program Terms regarding account management and subscription services, I kindly request:

  1. Complete disassociation of the subscription from my account

Permission to create a new Microsoft 365 Developer Program subscription

Reinstatement of my ability to participate in the program How can this be done?
