Error while redeeming have Github credits, Microsoft Founders Hub

As part of Microsoft Founders Hub, I have Github credits, when I pressed redeem, the pop-up showed an error, how do I claim my credits, How do I activate the free licenses for a year?

Hi Manish Choudhary,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Log into the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub, go to the Benefits tab, and select Redeem in the Azure sponsorship benefits section. This is a common step to ensure that the credits are properly linked to your account

There isn't a direct way to reset your redemption history. However, the support team should be able to assist you with any issues related to your account and credits.

Please open a support ticket with the Founders Hub support team by following these steps: https://foundershub.startups.microsoft.com/signup?drawer_open=truePlease click on "Support" on this page to submit support ticket.

I did raise a ticket as requested, but dont have a resolution yet. Best would be to get on a quick support call and solve this. I am on +15084290819
