Where can I get a similiar or the same sample for Create dynamic reports with parameters?

I am studyng for create dynamic reports for individual values in the course for learn how to use PowerBI and they use a sample in this course that is been impossible to get but I'm wondering if someone has reach it to share with the community in this site. Hope to have good answers. And yes english isn't my first language but I try my best!

Step 1: Launch the lab as per below screenshot.
