Hi All,
Currently we are now testing win 10 to win 11 migration via inplace upgrade TS. The TS is successfully working in the alpha phase. When the we started the BETA phase we deployed the TS to users who are WFH.
After deploying the TS is successfully installed on users device. The issue starts here even after its successfully completed the status is not shown as successfull in the console and the TS keeps reappearing for the users asking them to reinstall.

Any suggestions would be of help.

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

To further troubleshoot this issue, please kindly try below steps:

1.Check the smsts.log and setupact.log on the issued machine and see if there's any insights.

2.Check if MECM version is up to date and if there's any compatibility issue with Windows 11 23H2.

3.Check if there's any third-party software or antivirus that can interfere with the upgrade process

I hope the information above is helpful.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.

    Best regards,

    Jill Zhou
