Please help unblock my account

Hi,

 

I changed my cellphone. I’ve deleted Microsoft Authenticator app in my old cellphone.

I can’t receive Verification Code in my new phone. We tried to log in with password, it still needs verification code.

We tried to use new password, it needs verification code again. Then we were blocked because we tried to log in too many times.

Could you help to solve this issue or unblock my account? My account is ******@surtec.com.tw. Thank you.
