How to update personal account Email address for Microsoft Learning account?

Question

I would like to associate new email address to my existing Microsoft credentials and continuous learning. I do not see any option of updating the existing personal account email address under any of the options. Appreciate if I am advised how can I do this update.

I tried all options listed across multiple forums and as simple as looking through the profile settings too, the option to change the personal account email address or even to add another personal account email address is not provided.
