    Hi binaya parhy
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A, Thanks for asking questions here...!

If you see Chinese characters in your Azure activity log, it might mean that someone else is using your account without your permission.
I would recommend that you take the following steps to secure your account:

Change your password: Change your Azure account password immediately to prevent further unauthorized access.

Review your activity log: Review your activity log to see if there are any actions that you did not perform. If you see any suspicious activity, report it to Azure support immediately.

Enable multi-factor authentication: Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) for your Azure account to add an extra layer of security. MFA requires users to provide two or more forms of authentication before they can access their account.

Review your security settings: Review your security settings to ensure that they are configured correctly. Make sure that you have enabled all the necessary security features, such as firewalls, network security groups, and access control lists.

    1. Monitor your account: Monitor your account regularly to ensure that there is no unauthorized activity. Set up alerts to notify you of any suspicious activity.
