I can't access to my student's account

Hello, I have lost my old cellphone, and it was with the Authenticator's app activated, now I can't access to my e-mail due that problem. I tried logging in as many times as I could and always appears the same two-steps-verification..., Could someone from the stuff help me to unable that from my account? It's ******@epn.edu.ec, I'l be glad for the support.

    You need to Contact Product Support with the email address for the affected user.
