In my outlook for mac there is a folder named "Online Archive", I need to back it up. How do I do it?

When I take a look at this folder online, it has a size of 45 GB but when I look for it in my Mac, the size is less than 33GB. Or should I look for it elsewhere?

As i know, an Outlook online archive mailbox can store older email messages where they won't occupy space in your primary mailbox. This specialized mailbox appears alongside your other mailbox folders in Outlook. How do you want to back up, save it locally?

As i know, we can only export to an .olm file to any location on your Mac to back up your mailbox.

Generally, we can check the size of the online archive folder on OWA. Considering that there is no caching full in the client, there may be inconsistencies between the size of the folder in the client and the size on the OWA. If you want to know the exact online archive folder size, you can also contact your administrator to use the Powershell command to check: Get-MailboxFolderStatistics.
