Unable to cancel my Trial subscription of "Office 365 E3"

can you please help me cancel my Trial subscription of "Office 365 E3" with order id 19f70cbf-65b8-4271-d1a9-8caa42684282

I have tried everything but it is not even letting me. I don't see the order in my services today either.

I created a SharePoint website to do some testing and I cant even access that today too. When I tried to login to Microsoft 365 Admin center and it is giving me following error: https://admin.microsoft.com/adminportal/home#/subscriptions

But email I used and inside the order email is same.

Can you please cancel it.

    have you purchased your subscription through go daddy or M365? if it was purchased from Godaddy, it needs to be cancelled from there but if you purchased it from Microsoft, it will allow you to cancel it.

    in case if it doesnt, just proceed with opening a ticket and our coomerce team will help to get it cancelled
