We have 4 servers running in a tenant. Users are having issues with using browsers( edge and google chrome) and desktop outlook.

Why this is happening?

*Temp fix: uninstall the newest update of OS.

    Hi Sheila,
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform. Thank you for posting your query here.

I understand your concern, that the recent OS update has caused compatibility issues with Edge, Chrome, and Outlook, leading to crashes. The temporary fix of uninstalling the update resolves these issues but for the permanent solution Please try to do below things might get resolve issue

Could you please check that your Edge, Chrome, and Outlook are running the latest updates, if not please update those and check once might get resolve issue

To identify the issue also enable diagnostics for your Azure Virtual Desktop environment, go to the Azure portal and navigate to your AVD setup. Select the diagnostic settings for your host pool, application group, or workspace. From there, click on "Add diagnostic setting" and choose the logs you’d like to collect, such as Windows Event Logs and performance counters. It’s a good idea to collect both system and application logs to help diagnose any issues more effectively

Please refer below document for logs
Send diagnostic data to Log Analytics for Azure Virtual Desktop

It is important to note that capturing more detailed logs can cause additional system overhead, so you should only enable detailed logging when necessary and disable it when you are done troubleshooting

Tag us in comment still you need any other information we will be happy to help as you needed

If you find my suggestions above helpful, could you please accept an answer on my post and give it an "Upvote"👍? This would really help other community members who might having same concern can benefit.
