Skype for Business Personal Certification Conflict with CISCO ISE

After Installing SFB for my organization found that CISCO ISE has a conflict with the skype certification while users trying to login and identifying by ISE. It notifies a list containing both ISE and Skype certification which requiring every user to select a proper certificate. This can make confuse users how to login and they choose the wrong one for the most part, which end up lack of access to network resources as well as skype.

The question is how this problem can be managed? Is there a way to transform Skype certificate into another folder out of Personal Folder?

Any suggestion to solve this issue?

    This progress seems by default.

    To avoid the wrong selection of certificate, it recommends you write a guidebook to guide users in your organization.

    Meanwhile, you could confirm with Cisco support engineer if there is ant other solution from Cisco side.
