Como integrar uma chamada do teams ao youtube em tempo real?

Estou tentando fazer uma chamada pelo Microsoft Teams, porém ao colocar os dados fornecidos pelo painel do YouTube Studio (URL de Stream e Chave de Transmissão), não inicia a transmissão, ele fornece um erro que diz "Algo deu errado, tente novamente.", alguém poderia me ajudar a resolver esse problema?

Do you want to broadcast audio and video from Teams using RTMP?

To stream with RTMP, you must first have the following:

1.LiveStreamingMode policy turned on for your account by your IT admin

2.Be the meeting organizer.

3.Access to a streaming app, like Custom Streaming.
