I cant install Security update for SQL server 2019 RTM GDR (KB5046859) and i tried to install it from microsoft website but when install also give me error installing SQL Server Database Engine Services Instance Features

Please review the installation log for more details.
Also check if there are pending Windows updates or a system restart is required.
Just an error number is useless, review installation log files, see
In the folder C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\150\Setup Bootstrap\Log there is one folder per installation attempt. The files of most interest are Summary.txt and Detail.txt. Feel free to attach them here.

For me it was this error:
The specified directory, "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server", for the INSTALLSHAREDWOWDIR parameter is not valid because this directory is compressed or is in a compressed directory.
Installed fine after removing compression attribute from folder.
