Unable to get access and download the Azure Trainer materials. My MCT status is active but still it is showing Access Denied.

My Learn profile is linked with my email koustavmodak@outlook.com. My MCT status is active and associated with the same email id. But I'm not able to access any content and unable to request access for MCT lounge. Could you please help me to get access.
