I don’t get notifications for one of the account I added and I also don’t have a code there

Hello, I had an older phone and I had my school email account authenticated there. Then when I changed phones, I added the account to my new phone’s authentificator, but it didn’t really work. I thought removing it from my old phone would fix the issue, but it didn’t. Could you please help me?
