Certification doesn't show up in profile

Hello,

On Jan 20, 2024, 1:39 PM I received an email from Microsoft sayings "Congratulations on earning your Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification". It shows my Microsoft certification ID: 995579959 and everything. But when i click the link shown in the email to look at the real certification, my certification isn't in my list of Microsoft certs. It is the same email address that I received the email, took the test with, and use as my Microsoft account.

Why doesn't my certification show up with my other Microsoft certs I received a long time ago? How can I actually view a copy of my certification?
