We have a MTR Logitech Rally Camera for our conference room that our Parent company utilizes and is on a separate tenant. We recently had to factory reset the NUC that controls the system and we're having issues with the Rally camera joining meetings organized on our parent company's tenant on the Calendar menu. It receives and error of: "Unable to find Teams meeting matching those details." but when given the meeting ID and password, the MTR device is able to join without issue.

Another thing of note is that people from the parent company are inconsistently labeled as meeting guest instead of by "name (External)

    Hi @Jaz

According to your case description, you encountered two main problems. Please try the following steps to troubleshoot:

    1. Error when joining the meeting with MTR device
      • Check the meeting link: Make sure the meeting link and details are correct. The error message "No Teams meeting matching these details found" is usually related to the mismatch of the meeting link or ID.
      • Update firmware and software: Make sure the firmware and software of the MTR device and Logitech Rally camera are the latest version.
      • Reconfigure the device: After restoring factory settings, reconfigure the network settings and the configuration of the Teams application.
    2. Inconsistent guest tags
      • Check user permissions: Make sure the account permissions and settings of the parent company personnel are correct. Inconsistent guest tags may be related to user permission settings.
      • Team settings: In the Teams admin center, check and adjust the permissions of the guest access settings to ensure that all external users have consistent tags.
