Hi,

We have multiple MS Azure subscriptions that are through a local MSP. Would like to move the entire set of subscriptions to a much larger MSP. We did all the necessary paperwork and access. However, the last step is for the new MSP to enter a 32-bit code to execute the transfer, and the current MSP has gone completely dark. They refuse to assist us in make the transfer. Can Microsoft help? Is there a number I may be able to call for assistance?

Thanks in advance for the help.
