I am unable to login my work profile , i just move with new mobile and the old device dat had been reset. While trying to log in it appears a code but no place to put that code for verification

Hi Team,

I just move with a ios device amd my the old device data has been reset.

while trying to login the work profile into the new mobile.

it is not working any of the application are not able to logged in.

the screen appears a 2 digit code but there is no screen to verify that code.

when i move back for the previous app. The page was lost again.

    @Naresh Saini, Thanks for posting in Q&A. Based as I know the 2 digital code, is used to do authentication in Microsoft Authenticator app. If the work account is configured in the old device's Microsoft Authenticator app and it is reset. You can go to the following page which set sign in method to remove the previous authenticator method and re-add it to configure authenticator on the new device.
