When access the https://foundershub.startups.microsoft.com/ to get credits, I incorrectly created the benefit in a personal account. I subsequently created the correct business / organization directory and did a "Change Directory" on the Microsoft Azure Sponsorship subscription.

However this subscription is now completely broken; neither the personal identity nor the org identity can transfer it back to the original directory, nor can it be used in the current (organization) directory.

    Hello @JP Rosevear ,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Q&A forum.

You can update the business account, but the subscription must remain linked to the same admin email that was used to register for the Founders Hub initially. For guidance on how to create subscriptions that utilize your sponsorship credits, refer to the steps outlined in: I activated my Azure sponsorship. How can I create subscriptions to use my sponsorship credits?

If you need to update the admin email, please contact us at aka.ms/startuphelpemail
