Hi:

I have installed a second PCIE 3.0 USB 3.1 card in my system. The card does not show up in device manager and nothing that is attached to it is seen. Can someone tell me how to fix this problem, thanks, Allen

    Hi Allen Stone

Please ensure that the card is properly seated in the PCIe slot. See if it can be recognized in other PCIe slots if there are any. Select “View” > "Show hidden devices" in Device Manager to see if the card can be displayed.

Also check for conflicts with other PCIe or M2 slots on your motherboard. Sometimes you have to remove the device in another slot to make a slot work. You can usually find the instructions in the motherboard manual.

If the card can still not be recognized, it can be a hardware issue, and you need to contact the computer or motherboard support.

    Best Regards,

    Ian Xue
