We’re unable to validate your phone number

Hi, whenever I try to sign in at Azure and I provide my phone number, it says

We’re unable to validate your phone number Phone validation is required to confirm your identity and complete signup. Reenter your SMS verification code, or try again with a different phone number.

What can I do here? Need help!

I also cannot create a ticket because of authentification problems..

with respect to this error - AADSTS50020, refer to this doc - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/entra/entra-id/app-integration/error-code-aadsts50020-user-account-identity-provider-does-not-exist where few scenarios are covered in which get this Microsoft Entra security token service (STS) error.
