My name is Nhung. I registered M365 Developer Program as your guide. However, after registering, the platform show me the message below. Could you please advice, what should I do in this case? I am doing this to finish the unit Create dashboards in PBI in the Module Create dashboards in PBI.

One more question, do I need to download Power BI service with license to finish this exercise?

Hi Nhung,
As previously said, kindly review the qualifying requirements and attempt to register in accordance with them. Because Microsoft limited access, you won't be able to receive a free developer subscription for Microsoft 365 if you don't match the eligibility requirements. Try creating a work/school account with Microsoft Entra-enabled mail IDs if you already have one.

Then I received this message, how can I recheck about Microsoft developer account? As you can see above, I have not created Microsoft 365 Developer Program yet.
There is any different between Microsoft Learn account (https://learn.microsoft.com/) and Microsoft account (https://account.microsoft.com/). I confuse a little bit.

Since your mobile number is already connected to a Microsoft account, as I indicated above, and as your screenshot demonstrates, it is not appropriate for the setup of a Microsoft 365 developer program. Please review the eligibility requirements carefully and adhere to the guidelines provided there.
