1,Does this issue occur on a single computer or multiple computers?
2,Have you changed anything before the issue occur, for example install/uninstall application or Windows update?
3,A similar thread for your reference. The solution is to uninstall Microsoft GameInput from the apps list and restart computer.
GameInput Service causing CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED BSoD errors.
