2 unknown keyboards

Question

my keyboard is a Uknown device i have fully rest my pc 3 times in 2 different ways tried installing the drivers that did not work at all i am getting code 1 - 18 separately at different times then when they are "installed" it just goes back to no drivers installed I've watched so many videos I'm about to crash out and I don't got a ps/2 keyboard in my device manager

You can try to use this device on another PC to confirm if there is a hardware issue. Try plugging it into another usb port if it is a usb device. Try resetting its Bluetooth or wireless settings if it is a wireless device.
