Hi,

I'm adding a new application to the Partner Center but it does not allow me to move beyond the Store Listing step. I've added all the details, I've added the screenshots and it is still not accepting.

I've checked this other thread, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/2102499/partner-center-store-listing-incomplete, and I can confirm that my Copyright field is empty (the requirement is to be shorter than 200 characters), but mine is zero in length.

This is extremely bizarre experience given that the UI does not indicate what is expected.

I tried going to the Support page (https://support.serviceshub.microsoft.com/supportforbusiness/create), but I am unable to see "Dev Center-> App Management" as recommended on the other page. How to create a support ticket for Partner Center?

    Hey there,

    Thank you for following up.

It turns out that the problem was due to the new AI-suggested keywords/tags in the Store Listings page. I added all 7 tags, and they were preventing me from publishing; I removed one tag (leaving 6) and then saved it again. This time, it was saved, and I submitted it for publication.

These UI indicators should be a high priority. Otherwise, the new Store interface has an extremely poor developer experience. If this is not a priority, then we should be able to opt out of the new interface in the meantime.

So, for anyone new coming to this page:

    • Check all the sections for any misleading or extra information.
    • Even though the Store page says, the keywords are not required, they are likely to block the publishing.
