This behavior can be a synchronization issues or may be the objects has been restored from recycle bin using Entra ID portal or powershell without active directory.
For your information , all synced account must be modified only from on-premise active directory.
To resolve this, you can follow these steps:
- Identify the list of user accounts are still present in Entra ID and deleted or filtred in active directory and metaverse.
- Delete the list of the synced accounts identified in previous step using PowerShell (Microsoft Graph or Entra Id portal
- Launch a synchronization cycle in order to update the information on Connector space and Metaverse
