    Hi,

Please make sure that the network list service is running and not disabled. This is what can cause those lines in the network status.

You can check this by opening the services console. Just run "services.msc" from an elevated (administrator) command prompt.

Go into device manager and uninstall the network driver for the NIC and reinstall it. FYI: without internet it will install the Windows Standard Driver for this. In most cases this is fine, but you may have to go to the website of the NIC for the actual driver. This should essentially for everything to reset.

    Hello,

Using Troubleshoot button, run Network Adapter troubleshooter. Let us know what it reports back.

    Regards.

First run these commands at the command prompt:

    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /renew

Second, power cycle the router and cable modem. Verify these are showing Internet connection.

If these don't work contact, your internet provider.

Of course, you posted to this forum so you must have some internet connection with some device.
