how to fix 0x8007007b

I have no idea why i have this issue but i have this activate windows watermark. I tried activating other windows keys but it didn't work. So what can I do?

Do you have a legitimate license or product key for this system?

Does it purchase from the official source? Microsoft Store or an authorized retailer.

If you have a legitimate product key and still cannot activate it, we recommend that you try phone activation:

Select Start > Settings > System > Activation.

Under the Activate Windows Now section, select Activate by phone.
