Hi Azure Community,

I am encountering an issue while trying to make a payment for Azure services. Despite inputting my card details correctly, the payment fails, and my card provider has confirmed that they have not received any payment request from Azure.

Here are the details:

  1. I used Visa
  2. My card information was input correctly without any errors.
  3. I have confirmed with my card provider that there are no issues with my account or international transactions.

The issue seems to be on Azure's side. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? How can I resolve this? Is there any way to trace why the payment request didn’t go through?

I would greatly appreciate any advice or steps I can take to fix this problem.
