I have 2 accounts in Microsoft Azure, both are linked to the same card for payment. I created these accounts for educational purposes. One account was blocked, for which reason I cannot find out. AKS continued to work on this account and I continue to receive bills for this working service on the blocked account. Tell me what should I do? How can I unblock the account or who should I contact to solve this problem?

Your best course of action here will be to reach out to billing support. You can do this using the support URL here:
    https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket

Billing support is free and you will bot be charged for the ticket.

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you

    Hello @sergey martynov ,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A platform.

For your specific situation please contact our billing support since billing is outside of direct AKS scope, here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket
