SC-900 Certificacte missing in my credentials

Hi,

I passed my SC-900 exam on the 13th November 2024. I have still not received an official email with the confirmation and also do not see the credentials in my profile.

I received my pass result on paper at the examination center.

Can you please look at it and fix it so it becomes visible in my credentials, because normally it should be visible after 48 hours.

Your certificate should be on your Certifications tab. If it isn't there you need a support moderator in Microsoft Credentials forum to help you. To contact them, please ask a new question in Microsoft Credentials forum using link below:
