Hi folks,

I have used the above support link when trying to resolve the error message I am getting when trying to download and install package for the developer/ express version for SQL server download. I installed the package recommended in the comments, but to no avail - anyone any ideas? https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/sql-server/sql-server-downloads
