Issues Accessing Azure Speech to Text REST API Version 2024-11-15

How can the latest Azure Speech to Text REST API, version 2024-11-15, be used? The documentation states this version is generally available, but an attempt to access the API using their migration guide results in a "resource not found" error. The region in use is centralIndia. There seems to be limited guidance on utilizing the API effectively.

To use the latest Azure Speech to Text REST API (version 2024-11-15) in Central India:

(Ensure your subscription has access to the Speech service in Central India.)

Endpoint:
https://centralindia.api.cognitive.microsoft.com/speechtotext/v1.0/transcriptions:transcribe?api-version=2024-11-15

Headers:

I tried this and it still says resource not found, are you sure I’m supposed to use v1.0, in the documentation it says to replace v3.2 with just speechtotext.

I tried this as well, but it’s showing 415 unsupported media type, I used the format that you gave to give the json
