When using AI Builder Document Automation can i get confirmation that data is not sent to Bing Services?

I guess the specific concern is from the link (https://azuremarketplace.microsoft.com/en-gb/marketplace/apps/Microsoft.CognitiveServicesAllInOne?tab=Overview) where the comment ‘Microsoft will use data you send to Bing Search Services to improve Microsoft products and services.’ Indicates that data used in this system may go outside of my tenant.

@Phil Kermeen With the AI services resource bing search is not part of the offering.

I think the disclaimer is when you integrate any service with bing search, the data could be used by bing search to improve other products and services. In that case, the data will be used outside of the tenant where the original bing resource was created.
