What is the process to register my organization in azure admin ?

I don't have any credit/debit card. So I need to use free azure cloud platform. So any way for how to use that ? Because Sandbox is also use free and other way but they provide limited time like 3 hour or etc. But i need to use original azure access.

1. so tell me any way without student id?
2. Also tell me how to register my domain in azure for verify ?
3. Also tell me how to use Azure Sponsorship: Check with your organization’s Azure admin ? tell me whole process ?
