I would like to get more info on the process of purchasing an SMS enabled phone numbers, toll-free or Local, verification process if needed and the pricing for it. Why Local vs toll-free

    Both local and toll-free numbers are 10-digit phone number, local phone numbers consist of local area codes in the United States. These phone numbers are generally used by individuals and local businesses. Azure Communication Services offers local numbers in the United States. These numbers can be used to place phone calls, but not to send SMS messages.

    Toll-free numbers are used for applications like IVR systems/bot or SMS messages.
