We have active licenses but user got subscription end notice
Hello all,
We have active E3 license but one of our user received this notice
Your Microsoft 365 license will be deactivated soon
Signed in as user@org.com
On Thursday, December 5. 2024, most features of Outlook will be disabled. Ask your admin to reactivate your license. If you're no longer with this organization, select from the options below to continue using Outlook.
IS there any way to fix this, for now only user reported this and we had checked
M365 admin center>Billing>Your products>Nothing is showing there
M365 admin center>Billing>**Licenses>**Microsoft 365 E3>Manage subscription details>It's showing like this in screenshot
