Question regarding concrete plan to achieve my milestones. (Please review my detailed message below)

Question

Hello Microsoft management, I hope you are doing well. My name is Hritwik Patel and I am certified Business Analyst along with minors in cybersecurity (SOC). I have 3.2 years of experience as an Enterprise Resource Planning Software Business Analyst. My role includes requirements gathering, requirements elicitation, process flow diagram. developing documentation such as Business Requirement Document, Functional Requirement Document for sub domains such as Technical Document Control domain, Clients and Contracts domains, Project Management domain, Timesheet and expense sheet domain, Accounting and payroll domain, and HSE domain. Alongside as a Business Analyst I also have a knowledge in SQL, Power BI (basic reporting, dashboards, etc.) and Salesforce admin which involves data modeling, UI customization, Data security and various other aspects. Soon enough I will be pursuing my certifications into cybersecurity as I have some-what experience as a blue team level 1. My intended goal is to get into Microsoft regardless of how many hours I need to put into my trainings. Currently I work 40 hours a week and study everyday right after my work for 3 hours. Although I need a concrete plan to follow to be able to achieve my milestone. Part of the plan can be specific certificate you maybe able to suggest for either Business Analyst or cybersecurity that will open the door for me. Please do not hesitate to give me the hardest route as I am not afraid to follow one.
