Issues with Student Discount for Azure Certificates

Question

I'm unable to get the student discount for one of the Azure Certificates. I tried to follow the instructions but could not view one of the sections (Edit interests) in my settings to get identified as a student. I've logged into my Microsoft account using my university email.
